Modifying List of Email Recipients
To open Sentinel on your VoiceMetrix server, click on the Start Menu or press the “Windows” Key on your keyboard.
Then type into the search bar “Sentinel” and click on the highlighted option. (you may have to open it with administrator rights by right-clicking and selecting "Run as Administrator")
To make edits, open up Sentinel and the “Email Recipients” tab.
To Add new recipients, type the desired email in the text field and click “Add” or "Copy" to duplicate another profile.
To change an individual recipient’s notifications, ensure you have the desired recipient selected. Then choose an “Event Source” in the dropdown menu.
To adjust what gets sent in the notification, select one or more of the desired checkboxes and click “Add”.
This notifies the selected user when the “Event Source” is triggered. The list of what will be notified for each individual user will be in the table at the bottom.
To delete a recipient, select the email, then click “Delete”.
